Summary

To reduce the electricity bill of refrigerated warehouses, one method is to improve the efficiency of the electric systems of the plants. Improving the power factor is an important method for improving the efficiency of electric systems. The measures and potentials of energy cost savings by improving the power factor are discussed in the article. A case study based on the survey follows.
