Second virial-coefficients of R32-R134a based on the sound-velocity measurements.

Author(s) : HOZUMI T., SATO H., WATANABE K.

Summary

The experimental sound velocities in gaseous binary refrigerant R32-R134a have been measured by a spherical resonator. A total of 203 sound velocities for the 0.16, 0.34, 0.58, 0.76, 0.90 and 0.95 mole fraction of R32 at temperatures from 303 to 343 K and pressures from 30 to 240 kilopascals are graphically presented. Nineteen second acoustic-virial-coefficients have been determined at the 0.16-0.95 mole fractions of R32 based on the present sound-velocity data.
