Type of article: Article
Summary
The Italian wholesale food business is also concerned about environmental issues and problems with refrigerants. This is one good reason for the trend toward the use of secondary refrigerants, which make it possible to lower considerably the quantity of primary refrigerant, regardless of the type (CFC, HCFC, or HFC). An example is given of the plant used by the Costan company for the "Il Gigante" supermarket.
