EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE SYNDROME OF FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED BUILDINGS: 4,373 EMPLOYEES, 42 OFFICE BUILDINGS, 47 UNITS, DIFFERENT VENTILATION CONDITIONS. MORE PROBLEMS ARE OBSERVED IN THE CASE OF INDUCTION UNITS OR LOCAL OR CENTRAL FAN AND COIL PLANT THAN IN THE CASE OF ALL-AIR SYSTEMS ; NATURAL AIR CIRCULATION AND MECHANICAL VENTILATION CAUSE STILL LESS PROBLEMS. THE SYMPTOMS (LETHARGY, OBSTRUCTED NOSE, DRY THROAT, HEADACHE) INCREASE STRONGLY WHEN AIR IS HUMIDIFIED O EFFECT OF THE TYPE OF PROFESSION (EXECUTIVE, TECHNICIAN, OFFICE WORKER, SECRETARY) AND SEX.
