Summary

THE MECHANISM OF PRODUCT MOVEMENT IN A LIQUID FLOW WITH THE USE OF A SPIRAL TROUGH IS STUDIED. THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL ENABLES ONE TO CALCULATE THE MOVEMENT OF THE PRODUCT IN THIS TROUGH WITH SUFFICIENT ACCURACY. A SOLUTION FOR BUILDING THE MODULAR BASE OF THE QUICK-FREEZER IS GIVEN, USING THE MOVEMENT OF THE PRODUCT WITH THE LIQUID COOLANT.
