THE SMALL SIZED PRESSURE CELL HAS BEEN TESTED TO 1 GPASCALS. THE TEMPERATURE IS CONTROLLED FROM 100 TO 300 K WITH APPROXIMATELY 2 MILLIK STABILITY. THIS APPARATUS ALLOWS MEASUREMENTS OF DYNAMIC PHENOMENA IN THE VICINITY OF PHASE TRANSITION. EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS OF SOLID SPIN ECHOES ARE PRESENTED BRIEFLY.
