Snomax, neige "de culture" et environnement.
Author(s) : DINGER F.
Type of article: Article
Summary
In order to replicate what happens in a natural environment, specific tools have been designed: snow machines that produce snow by crystallizing a fine mist of water droplets sprayed into the ambient air. A new product was placed on the market a few years ago. Its active ingredient, based on a protein extracted from the bacteria Pseudomonas syringae, facilitates the positioning of water molecules and promotes crystallization.
