Summary
Along with the enlarging market of heat pumps, the incurrend social and economic effect has reached a level which cannot be disregarded. More aggressive policy should be taken to eliminate electric power peaks in the summer and winter, and prevent fluorocarbon refrigerant from escaping into the atmosphere.
