Summary

AIR VOLUME FLOWS CAN BE COOLED DOWN WITH SOLAR LOW-TEMPERATURE HEAT INBOTH OPEN AND CLOSED ABSORPTION AND ADSORPTION REFRIGERATING PLANTS. WHILE THE TEMPERATURE RANGE OF FROZEN STORAGE CAN BE THEORETICALLY REACHED WITH CLOSED PLANTS, OPEN PLANTS ARE SUITABLE ONLY FOR THE SUPPLY OF COLD AIR CURRENTS FOR AIRCONDITIONING. OWING TO THE RELATIVE SIMPLICITY OF THE PLANT, THE OPEN ADSORPTION COOLING SYSTEM IS SUITABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT AND USE IN WARM, HUMID CLIMATES.
