Author(s) : NERI F., BRIGATI S., FOLCHI A., et al.
Summary
Fruits of 3 apple cultivars cultivated in Ferrara, Italy, were picked at different stages of maturity and stored at 0 (Florina) or at 1 °C (Pimiera and Gold Rush) for 60, 120 and 180 days. During harvest and cold storage, and after 7 days of storage at 20 °C, maturity indices were measured. At the end of storage, the incidence of diseases (mainly caused by Phlyctema vagabunda) and disorders were evaluated.
