Summary
There was a significant decrease in weight from 2 to 12 days at 25 deg C and from 4 to 24 days at 5 deg C. Summer Long Green and Rainy Green could be stored for up to 12 days at 25 deg C, compared with 8-10 days for the other cultivars. Summer Long Green had the longest shelf life (24 days) at 5 deg C.
