Summary

THE STRUCTURE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF LIVER CELLS SUBJECT TO HYPOTHERMAL STORAGE AT 277 K (4 DEG C) WAS STUDIED. IT WAS FOUND THAT A 3 HOUR HYPOTHERMAL STORAGE INCREASES THE ACTIVITIES OF GLYCOLYTIC ENZYMES WITH CHANGING THE CELL ULTRASTRUCTURE REFLECTED IN BROADENING ENDOPLASMIC CHANNELS, LIGHTENING THE MITOCHONDRIAL MATRIX, SOMETIMES WITH MEMBRANE DESTRUCTION.
