Summary

HISTOCHEMICAL STUDY OF CYTOPLASMIC REDOX ENZYMES SHOWED THAT STORAGE OF LIVER TISSUE AND CORNEA UNDER CONDITIONS OF DEEP HYPOTHERMIA IS ACCOMPANIED BY INCREASING THE DEHYDROGENASES. INVESTIGATION OF THE NUCLEAR APPARATUS OF CULTURED CELLS INDICATED THAT HYPOTHERMIA EXERTED AN INHIBITION EFFECT. THE REVERSIBILITY OF CHANGES WAS DEMONSTRATED BY REDUCTION OF THE PROLIFERATION POTENTIAL IN CULTURED CELLS. THE REVEALED EFFECTS ARE OF ADAPTIVE CHARACTER.
