Summary

THE SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF SUPERCONDUCTING PARAMETERS IN THE FILMS YBCO(-) DEPOSITED ONTO THE TITANIUM-STRONTIUM OXIDE SUBSTRATE ARE STUDIED USING THE METHOD OF LOW-TEMPERATURE SCANNING LASER MICROSCOPY. IT IS SHOWN THAT THE MODERN LEVEL OF PREPARATION TECHNOLOGY OF HTSFILMS PERMITS PRODUCTION OF HIGH-SENSITIVITY ELEMENTS TO BE USED AS A BASIS FOR DESIGNING COMPETITIVE INFRARED RADIATION DETECTORS OF INCREASED FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES.
