Summary

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF DIFFERENT HTS-BASED BOLOMETRIC ELEMENTS ARE MEASURED AND THE DATA OBTAINED ARE ANALYSED. IT IS FOUND THAT WHEN PERFECT SINGLE-CRYSTAL FILMS OF YBCO WITH THE AXIS C NORMAL TO A SUBSTRATE ARE USED FOR THERMAL DETECTION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION, A DETERMINING CONTRIBUTION TO THE NOISE CHARACTERISTICS IS MADE BY THE THERMODYNAMIC TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATIONS.
