Summary

The fruit quality of banana cultivars Neypoovan and Burrocemsa stored at 10 or 15 °C for 5, 10 or 15 days is examined. Differences in the number of days before ripening; acidity; and total soluble solid, starch, reducing sugar and total sugar content due to the treatments were not statistically significant except for acidity in Neypoovan, which was lowest after 10 days of storage at 10 °C.
