THIS PAPER PRESENTS THE RESULTS OBTAINED DURING A MEASUREMENT PROGRAM ON A DEEP-FREEZING PLANT IN FOOD PROCESSING. THE OPERATION PARAMETERS OF AN INDUSTRIAL FLUIDISED BED FREEZER AND ITS MACHINERY FOR DIFFERENT KINDS OF VEGETABLES ARE RECORDED. AN EXPERIMENTAL COMPARISON BETWEEN THE DATA ON THE SITE AND FRENCH STANDARD CONCERNING THE RECEIPT OF INDUSTRIAL FREEZER IS SHOWN.
