Summary

The article explains how to characterize non-stationary transient heat transfers occurring during forced convection on a plate of finite thickness. The transient state is obtained by applying a constant temperature to the back of the plate. The case of an air flow on a PVC plate is presented. A diagram of the refrigerant/plate system is provided.
