According to the project of hotel in Wuxi City International Meeting Center, four working modes in ice storage system are introduced in this paper, which are ice-making by single host, cool supply by melting ice, cool supply melting ice and host, cool supply by host. Operation and control strategy of ice storage system are studied in detail.
