Summary
The principle and characteristics of low temperature hypobaric storage are introduced briefly and actual research about the kind of storage methods of fruits and vegetables are summarized. A great deal of experiments had been done at different pressures and temperatures when pears were adopted as object. According to abundant data, several factors at different conditions were analyzed. The ideal storage parameters of pears on the condition of hypobaric storage were obtained.
