THIS ARTICLE BRINGS INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION OF THE BIOCIDE AGENT PERSTERIL (36-40% PEROXYACETIC ACID) TO GROWTH INHIBITION AND LIQUIDATION OF BIOLOGICAL EXPANSIONS ON AMMONIA CONDENSERS BY MEANS OF THE SO-CALLED . THE AUTHORS DEAL WITH A CONCRETE CASE WHERE FOR GROWTH INHIBITION OF MICROORGANISMS DOSES OF 0.604 MILLIL/L AND FOR A TOTAL LIQUIDATION OF MICROORGANISMS DOSES OF 3.02 MILLIL/L HAVE BEEN USED.
