Summary

A cryogenic complex designed to investigate quantum crystals at ultralow temperatures is described. The complex includes a dilution refrigerator with hybrid helium 3 circulation, an antivibration protection, a control system and a data acquisition and processing one. The main components, the thermometry system, the measuring algorithm and the software used to investigate quantum crystals by precision pressure measurements are described. The complex system may be used to solve a wide circle of problems concerning the study of different condensed systems at millikelvin temperatures.
