The IPCC/TEAP Special Report describes the banks and emissions in all relevant sectors in kg CO2 equivalent, this being the typical way emissions are considered for determining global warming impacts. This Supplement to the Special Report presents more clearly the impacts on the ozone layer from the viewpoint of emissions reductions, expressed in ODP tonnes.
