Type of article: Article
Summary
The authors describe the study of two cases of crystallization of samples submitted to a constant rate of cooling, one consisting of drops of an emulsion within a metal cylinder and the other of macroscopic globules in an agitation vessel. All of their observations confirm that temperature stabilises during the crystallization of the samples.
