Temperature variability during refrigerated vessel shipment of fresh produce.

Summary

The work measured delivery air temperatures intensively across the width of a deck and beneath pallets within the deck. Within pallet temperatures were measured across all pallets in a deck establishing spatial temperature patterns within the deck. Return air temperatures were measured across the top of pallets and across the width of the return air grill.
