Summary
Results of experimental research on a rotary compressor and a transport air conditioner using R12 and R134a refrigerants are presented. Possible causes of a seizure of the compressor are shown. Calorimetric data obtained whilst running the R134a compressor show that its refrigerating output does not change while power consumption increases by 20%. C.C.
