The paper will provide a brief overview of the 1995 CEC technical program. A synopsis of each plenary session is presented, and comments are made on the CEC Special Sessions. A breakdown of current significant topics in the cryogenic field based on received abstracts is given, and some trends based on the number of received abstracts per topic from previous conferences are identified. Finally, the demographics of the CEC abstracts, based on nationality, are given.
