IN GENERAL, ALL PRESERVED FOODS, ARE A LONG WAY BEHIND < FRESH > IN THE CONSUMER'S MIND WHEN SHE THINKS ABOUT NUTRITIONAL VALUE, TASTE, APPEARANCE AND VALUE FOR MONEY. BUT FROZEN FOODS DO BETTER THAN CANNED OR DRIED. IF FROZEN FOOD PRODUCERS BELIEVE THAT THEIR PRODUCTS ARE < MISUNDERSTOOD > AND THAT THIS IS HARMING SALES, NEW METHODS OF CONVEYING THE TRUTH WILL NEED TO BE FOUND.
