THE GENERAL NATURE OF THE OBSERVED EFFECTS ARE DISCUSSED AND SOME PRELIMINARY RESULTS ARE PRESENTED. THESE DEMON-STRATE BOTH HOW THE TEST RIG CAN BE USED TO RECORD TRANSIENT PHENOMENA, AND HOW THE DATA CAN SUBSEQUENTLY BE ANALYZED TO PRODUCE CHARTS OF SYSTEM PERFORMANCE UNDER CLOSELY SPECIFIED EXPERIMENTAL CONDITIONS.
