The future of refrigeration.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Current ozone-layer status and likely evolution in the near future are described. Greenpeace is militating in favour of a ban on HCFCs and use of natural refrigerants. Greenpeace's action is focused on Australia where the Olympic Committee does not appear to be sufficiently aware of these issues within the context of refrigerating plant used in the Olympic Village.
