THE AUTHOR GIVES THE GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LIQUEFACTION PROCESS USING TWO COOLING CYCLES WITH REFRIGERANT MIXTURES ; HE DETAILS THE ADVANTAGES. THE PRODUCTION OF UTILITIES IS DESCRIBED: FUEL, HEAT RECOVERY, ELECTRIC POWER, SEA WATER, DRINKING WATER (DESALTING). THE AUTHOR DESCRIBES THE ARRANGEMENTS OF THE BARGE ON THREE LEVELS AND GROUPED INTO FOUR ZONES ISOLATED FROM ONE ANOTHER, BY DECREASING HAZARDS.
