Summary
Flake ice is one of the most popular forms of ice for industrial use. Many problems encountered in its storage is a consequence of prolonged storage of excessively large quantities. Ice operators should remember that freshly produced, high-quality flake ice will always be easily extracted. Therefore, when evaluating a project, it is important to ensure that the need for ice is well specified. It is also important to avoid excessive storage.
