THE RESPIRATORY INTENSITY OF CHERIMOYA DURING REFRIGERATED STORAGE: A SPECIAL CASE OF CLIMACTERIC FRUIT.

Summary

THE AUTHORS EXPLAIN A PROGRAM FOR CALCULATING RESPIRATORY INTENSITY AT 282 K (9 DEG C). BY USING COMPLICATED BUT ACCURATE INTEGRATION PROCESSES, THE INTEGRAL GEOMETRIC MEAN VALUES OF RESPIRATORY INTENSITY FUNCTIONS INFOUR EXPERIMENTS WERE PERFORMED TO CLARIFY THE TRUE VALUES OF RESPIRATORY INTENSITY OF CHERIMOYA DURING THE PARTICULAR EVOLUTION OF INTERRELATIONS BETWEEN RIPENING AND RESPIRATION IN NORMAL AND CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE STORAGE.
