Summary

The results of experimental and theoretical research into the processes of water evaporation for the humidification of air in fruit stores are presented. The mathematical model was developed on the basis of an adiabatic humidifier. The theoretical and experimental data made it possible to develop a system for controlling temperature and humidity of the air in potato rooms. C.C.
