Thermodynamic properties measurement of HFO1132(E).

Summary
PvT properties, saturated densities, and critical parameters of HFO1132(E) were measured with two kinds of experimental apparatus. Along eight isochores between 65 and 832 kg m-3, PvT property measurements were carried out in the temperature range from 310 to 400 K and pressures up to 6.4 MPa by the isochoric method. The saturated-vapor and saturated-liquid densities were determined by the visual observation of meniscus disappearance and by the break point of the PvT property isochores in the temperature range from 304 K to the critical temperature and in the density range from 65 to 840 kg m-3. The critical temperature and density were also determined as Tc = 348.82 ± 0.01 K and c = 438 ± 3 kg m-3 on the basis of the meniscus disappearing level as well as the intensity of the critical opalescence.
