Thermodynamics for the uninitiated: the concept of quality as an important factor in energy policy.
Author(s) : KLEINBLOESEM B., SEP N. V.
Summary
The optimum use of energy, in order to save fuel and reduce global warming, requires an understanding of the concept of exergy. It is significant that countries making increasing use of electricity are the most successful in reducing the use of primary fuels. A coherent energy policy demands that the administrators fully understand the science of fuel utilisation. A.R.T.
