Toward zero complaints for office air conditioning.

Type of article: Article
Summary
Using a 100% outside air system or personal workstation control of temperature and air motion can reduce complaints without increasing initial or operating costs. The solutions lie in the use of enthalpy-type heat exchangers and the application of a novel low-cost workstation temperature control. To prove the success of these concepts, the HVAC design of a hypothetical office building was analyzed.
