Summary

The paper uses some simple cases to illustrate the possible applications of general fluid mechanics computer codes and details their limitations of use. The examples given have been examined by the EOL computer code for the prediction of air conditioning, developed by the INRS for the benefit of the regional health insurance companies responsible for the prevention of professional diseases. The code is particularly dedicated to the examination of industrial air conditioning problems. A possible extension of its diffusion modules is studied.
