Summary
The large-scale generation of ice slurries at an acceptable cost was virtually impossible up until now. Thanks to new, successful developments in the field of vacuum-ice technology, new opportunities for energy saving and environmental improvements, using ice slurries for large-scale cooling purposes, have arisen.
