Summary
This paper predicts vapour-liquid equilibrium for R-134a/R-23 binary mixture working fluid. In order to solve the difficulty that PR equation cannot apply precisely to both vapour and liquid phase, a modified PR (MPR) equation is established. Depending on general thermodynamic functions and MPR equation, data for the VLE of R-134a/R-23 is obtained and compared with experimental data. The result of this paper will help to further researching thermodynamic properties of R-134a/R-23 and analyse the circle using this working fluid.
