Where do you teach techs how not to vent refrigerant?

Summary
The West Side Institute of Technology in Cleveland, USA, has expanded its technician training to include refrigerant recovery and recycling. The point made is that it is preferable for a technician to vent CFC accidentally in a laboratory where the instructor can correct his error than to learn on site safe methods by experimentation. As soon as the Environmental Protection Agency publishes its requirements for certification, the institute intends to add this to its course. D.W.H.
