Résumé

Fuyu fruits could be stored for 3 months in controlled-atmosphere storage with 16% O2 + 15% CO2. After transfer to 13.5 deg C for 4 days these fruits were still firm and had the lowest percentage skin browning of all treatments (47%) and no visible storage decay.
