Type of article: Article
Summary
The existing techniques used in air conditioning systems allow only limited possibilities to control the particle concentration in indoor air. The air purification concept developed by VTT makes it possible to significantly reduce the indoor particle concentration without increasing the ventilation rate, the size of air conditioning system, and without major increase in energy consumption.
