THE PERFORMANCES OF COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATING PLANTS AND OF DISPLAY CABINETS, AND THE PRODUCTS' TEMPERATURE ARE SHOWN, AS A FUNCTION OF INTERNAL CLIMATIC CONDITIONS IN THE SUPERMARKET FOR DIFFERENT PERIODS OF THE YEAR.
