OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS DISCUSSED THEIR OWN COUNTRIES' REGULATIONS. REPRESENTATIVES OF MANUFACTURERS DISCUSSED THE OUTLOOK FOR ALTERNATIVES, INCLUDING AMMONIA.
