An analytical pressure drop prediction model for condensation inside longitudinally finned tubes.
Author(s) : SUR B., AZER N. Z.
Summary
An analytical model was developed to predict the condensation pressure drop inside longitudinally finned tubes. The model can predict the effects of changing the number, height, and width of fins on the condensation pressure drop. It can also predict the effects of changing the fin parameters on the power demand per unit heat transfer during condensation.
