Summary

In view of the deficiency in current analysis methods for energy use efficiency, a conversion method of primary energy consumption of heat and electric power is put forward on the base of thermoelectric cycle analysis. Taking a project as an example the primary energy efficiency and influencing factors of common air-conditioning heat sources (such as air source heat pump, central heating, deep well water source heat pump, ground source heat pump etc.) are analysed and compared, The result shows that the primary energy efficiency of a heating network is higher than that of a heat pump under given conditions. it is suggested that heat and power cogeneration should be adopted as a priority mode for district heating.
