Summary
In view of the characteristics of waste heat from cooling water of condensing turbines, a thermal power plant applies the water-source heat pump units. It presents the water supply scheme and equipment configuration in detail, and compares the initial investment and operation costs with those of a conventional air-conditioning system, and the results show that the water-source heat pump air-conditioning system can save both initial investment and operation costs in this project.
