Analysis of the features of Joule-Thomson refrigeration cycles using mixed refrigerants with an infinite low temperature heat reservoir.
Author(s) : WANG Q., CHEN G. M.
Summary
The paper conducts a detailed theoretical analysis on the thermodynamic performances of Joule-Thomson refrigeration cycles using mixed refrigerants and a one-stage compressor with an infinite low-temperature heat reservoir. Based on the above analysis, a new optimizing method under constant pressure ratio has been proposed, which is more practicable in the optimization of a refrigeration cycle. Experiments confirmed the theoretical results.
