Summary

Based on the Block model, describes a Gebhart-Block model - the Gebhart model which is using coupled convection and radiation heat transfer equation to predict wall temperature distribution and the revised Block model to study the indoor thermal environment in a large space with natural ventilation and inner heat sources. Taking a large space building as an example, the calculated results have a good accordance with the measured data.
